Are any of these scenarios true for you?

You are experiencing high levels of stress and anxiety.  Perhaps it’s in the lead up to transfusions or medical appointments?  Maybe it is around your work, family or financial situation?  It might be manifesting in insomnia, trouble switching off and being present in the moment, or you may be having panic attacks and have a real felt sense that life is out of control.

As a parent you feel overwhelmed and unsupported.  You find it hard to enjoy the time you have with your kids and feel so weighed down by the needs and demands of your family.  Perhaps you would like to upskill your parenting skills to bring more connection, cooperation and enjoyment into your life and your family’s.

You are transitioning into the next stage of your life.  Perhaps you are now an adult and having to navigate a new and more independent life of study, work, relationships and moving to an adult treatment centre.  Maybe you want to start your own family and don’t know where to start and what options you have available.  It could be that you have become first time parents and are having trouble adjusting to this new and overwhelming reality.

You are finding it hard to be compliant with your treatment and medications.  You know the short, and longterm benefits and consequences of non-compliance, yet for some reason you just can’t commit yourself.

You find it hard to experience joy, you feel down most of the time and lack the energy to fully engage with your life.  For some you, you have this sense that you have always felt this way, for others you can remember feeling differently and want to get back to that fun and happy place.

You are grieving or coming to accept loss in your life.  Perhaps you feel like you’re a bit stuck in the process, or afraid to start worried it will be all consuming.  Maybe you feel judged or like you are not doing it ‘right’ as those around you feel as though you should be ‘done’ by now.

You are on top of your game when it comes to most aspects of your life, but what you would really like is an intimate relationship.  Perhaps you are in a relationship but it’s not working that well – there’s tension, resentment, criticism and raised voices – but what you want is connection, intimacy and healthy communication.

You have compounding challenges, you have been managing well with one of the above, but now your situation has changed, and you are struggling with multiple challenges and finding it hard to get on top of it all.

If yes, then our service is for you.
